Congratulations to Lieutenant Roman Balencia on His Promotion!

This week, Sergeant Roman Balencia was officially promoted to the rank of Lieutenant by Chief Gary Tittle. Lt. Balencia has served the Richardson Police Department for the past 15 years. Throughout his career, he has held various roles within the Patrol Division as both an Officer and a Sergeant, before transitioning to the Criminal Investigation Division.

In addition to his primary assignments, Lt. Balencia has been an active member of several specialized units, including the Bike Unit, Crash Investigation Team, Mobile Field Force, Training Officer and Tactical Intelligence Center.
