On August 28, 2026, Richardson Police Department detectives arrested 41-year-old Michael Ralph Fouse on a charge of Online Solicitation of a Minor, a third-degree felony. Detectives executed an arrest warrant and search warrant at Fouse’s residence in Richardson. Fouse was taken into custody without incident.

Fouse is employed as a teacher at Berkner High School within the Richardson Independent School District.

Richardson Police detectives began investigating Fouse on August 20, 2026, after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The investigation remains ongoing. Detectives are working closely with Richardson ISD to gather additional information and further their investigation.
