The Richardson Police Department offers non-paying internships during Fall and Spring semesters to university students majoring in Criminology, Criminal Justice or a field closely related to law enforcement.
 

Applicant Requirements:

Acceptable criminal background and driving history.

Passed polygraph test and drug screen.

2.75/4.0 minimum GPA.

18+ years of age.

U.S. citizen.

Junior, Senior, or graduate level standing in a field of study related to law enforcement.

Enrollment for class credit from a university.

Signed confidentiality agreement.
