The below listed property has been impounded in the City of Richardson by the Richardson Police Department

The property listed is currently in the custody of the Richardson Police Department, located at 200 N. Greenville Ave., Richardson, Texas. The owner(s) may reclaim the property within 90 days from the date of notice by presenting valid government-issued photographic identification and satisfactory proof of ownership.

Failure to exercise the right to reclaim the property within the 90-day period shall constitute a waiver of all rights, title, and interest in the property and shall be deemed the owner’s consent to the disposal of the abandoned property in accordance with applicable state law.
